Deposit and Cancellation
The requested deposit guarantees booking and is not an advance payment for services. Therefore it cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation (civil code art. 1385 and 1386), unless for circumstances beyond your control and supported by written attestation from an appropriate authority. If the deposit is not paid within the time specified in correspondence, we will be obliged to cancel the booking.

Booking is guaranteed on the payment of a confirming deposit of 100.00 euro per person to be paid by bank transfer or money order within 7 days of booking.
